Returns Policy

We are happy to refund items that are returned to us in an unused condition within 14 days after receipt.

All goods must be returned without signs of misuse damage or parts missing. Any returned items must be in there original packaging complete like when you purchased them.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your returned items, and are refunded back to your original payment method.

Please note: you can only cancel orders that haven’t been dispatched. We will not refund postage cost's on unwanted items or items ordered by mistake.

Any faulty products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Any items that are found to be faulty after the 7 day period the customer must pay the return carriage charge.

Customers must contact our sales team HERE to request a returns goods authorization (RGA) number before returning any item.

Any item must be returned with parcel tracking, fully insured and requiring a signature. We will not except responsibility if items do not arrive back without following our returns terms.

Due to the nature of these Smart TV Boxes ANY warranties will be void if you have attempted to reprogram the box. Warranties don't cover remote controls or power supplies.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been damaged after arrival due to misuse, wear and tear or accidents.
